Scangredi(이하 "서비스")는 최소 수집 원칙에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.
이용자가 업로드한 성분표 이미지는 AI 판독 처리에만 사용되며, 판독 완료 후 즉시 폐기됩니다. 서버에 영구 저장하지 않습니다.
성분표 판독을 위해 업로드 이미지는 Google Gemini API로 전송되어 Google 서버에서 처리됩니다. 즉, 이미지는 판독 목적으로 Google에 전송됩니다. Google의 데이터 처리는 Google의 정책을 따릅니다. 이 AI 처리 위탁을 제외하면, 운영자는 이용자 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
판독된 텍스트 결과 중 성분에 대한 일반 설명은 재요청 시 비용·응답 속도 개선을 위해 익명 사전(ingredient_info)에 캐시될 수 있습니다. 이 캐시는 성분명과 설명만 담으며 특정 개인과 연결되지 않습니다.
임신 여부·알레르기 목록 등은 민감정보에 해당합니다. 서비스는 계정 도입 전까지 이러한 민감정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 페르소나(다이어트·임신·성장기·알레르기) 선택값은 서버로 전송·저장되지 않고 이용자 기기(localStorage)에만 저장됩니다.
서비스는 추적용 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 언어 설정(scangredi_lang) 등 이용 편의를 위한 값만 브라우저 localStorage에 저장하며, 이 값은 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
업로드 이미지는 판독 후 즉시 폐기하므로 보관하지 않습니다. 익명 성분 캐시는 서비스 운영에 필요한 기간 동안 보관되며 개인정보를 포함하지 않습니다.
이용자는 문의 메일(siverse2025@gmail.com)을 통해 자신과 관련한 정보의 삭제·처리 현황을 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 이미지는 미저장, 캐시는 익명이므로 개인과의 연결 자체가 없습니다.
향후 로그인(구글 OAuth·이메일 OTP)과 결제가 도입되면 이메일·결제 관련 정보 등 수집 항목이 늘어날 수 있습니다. 이 경우 본 방침을 개정하여 사전에 고지하고, 민감정보 취급 시 별도 동의 절차를 마련합니다.

Scangredi(以下「本サービス」)は、最小限の収集の原則に基づき利用者の個人情報を保護します。本ポリシーは、本サービスがどのような情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。
利用者がアップロードした成分表の画像は、AI読み取り処理のみに使用され、読み取り完了後ただちに破棄されます。サーバーに永続的に保存することはありません。
成分表の読み取りのため、アップロード画像はGoogle Gemini APIに送信され、Googleのサーバーで処理されます。すなわち、画像は読み取り目的でGoogleへ送信されます。Googleのデータ処理はGoogleのポリシーに従います。このAI処理委託を除き、運営者は利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。
読み取られたテキスト結果のうち成分に関する一般的な説明は、再リクエスト時のコスト・応答速度改善のため、匿名辞書(ingredient_info)にキャッシュされることがあります。このキャッシュは成分名と説明のみを含み、特定の個人と結び付きません。
妊娠の有無・アレルギー一覧などは機微情報に該当します。本サービスはアカウント導入までこれらの機微情報を収集しません。ペルソナ(ダイエット・妊娠・成長期・アレルギー)の選択値はサーバーへ送信・保存されず、利用者の端末(localStorage)にのみ保存されます。
本サービスは追跡用Cookieを使用しません。言語設定(scangredi_lang)など利便性のための値のみをブラウザのlocalStorageに保存し、この値はサーバーへ送信されません。
アップロード画像は読み取り後ただちに破棄するため保存しません。匿名の成分キャッシュはサービス運営に必要な期間保存され、個人情報を含みません。
利用者は問い合わせメール(siverse2025@gmail.com)を通じて、自身に関する情報の削除・処理状況を請求できます。ただし画像は非保存、キャッシュは匿名であるため、個人との結び付き自体がありません。
今後、ログイン(Google OAuth・メールOTP)と決済が導入されると、メール・決済関連情報など収集項目が増える場合があります。その際は本ポリシーを改定して事前に告知し、機微情報の取り扱い時には別途の同意手続きを設けます。

Scangredi (the "Service") protects users' personal information under the principle of minimal collection. This Policy explains what information the Service processes and how.
Images of ingredient labels uploaded by users are used solely for AI reading and are discarded immediately after reading is complete. They are not permanently stored on the server.
To read ingredient labels, uploaded images are sent to the Google Gemini API and processed on Google's servers. In other words, images are transmitted to Google for reading purposes. Google's data handling is governed by Google's own policies. Apart from this delegation of AI processing, the operator does not provide user information to any third party.
Among the text results, general explanations about ingredients may be cached in an anonymous dictionary (ingredient_info) to improve cost and response speed on repeated requests. This cache contains only ingredient names and explanations and is not linked to any individual.
Pregnancy status, allergy lists, and the like constitute sensitive information. The Service does not collect such sensitive information until accounts are introduced. Persona selections (diet, pregnancy, growth, allergy) are neither sent to nor stored on the server and are saved only on the user's device (localStorage).
The Service does not use tracking cookies. Only convenience values such as the language setting (scangredi_lang) are stored in the browser's localStorage, and these values are not transmitted to the server.
Uploaded images are discarded immediately after reading and thus not retained. The anonymous ingredient cache is kept for as long as necessary for operating the Service and contains no personal information.
Users may request deletion of, or the processing status of, information relating to them via the inquiry email (siverse2025@gmail.com). However, since images are not stored and the cache is anonymous, there is no link to any individual in the first place.
Once login (Google OAuth / email OTP) and payment are introduced, collected items such as email and payment-related information may increase. In that case, this Policy will be revised with prior notice, and a separate consent process will be established for handling sensitive information.
